Pre-Sales Lead Consultant (Billing & CRM)

About the Role:

We are partnering with a leading IT services company that specializes in providing solutions for the Retail and utilities sector. They are looking for a Pre-Sales Lead Consultant to work closely with their sales, solutions, and project teams to drive business growth through strong technical expertise and strategic engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Lead the pre-sales process, including preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and delivering Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Work closely with Solutions Architects and Project Managers to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the company's capabilities.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and translate them into viable technical solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the retail and utilities sector.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales role within IT services.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, enterprise systems, and software implementation.
• Experience working with RFPs, proposals, and POCs.
• Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in Salesforce/SAP - enterprise software, cloud solutions, or utility billing systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
