Job Title: Principal DFT Engineer
Industry: Semiconductor

My client is seeking experienced DFT Engineers to join their team. You'll collaborate with cross-function teams to improve testability and product reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in Boundary Scan, ATPG Scan, Synopsys SMS, and/or MBIST.
  • Proficient with TestKompress, DFT Advisor, and DFT Compiler.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; team player.
