To qualify for the role, you should possess:
- Strong hunter and farmer trait
- At least 2-5 years of hands on technology sales recruitment experience or commercial working experience
- proven track record in sales and/or marketing recruitment
- strong understanding and passionate about sales and marketing space and keep up to date market trends
- A self-starter and able to work under minimum supervision
- People-oriented and comfortable being in an independent client-facing role
- Street smart with a strong common sense and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment quickly
- Great communications skills and able to demonstrate the ability to talk to professionals from junior to executive levels
- Possess a results-driven mindset with a strong desire for success
