Product Lead (Lending)

Job description

Our client is a fast-growing FinTech company, focusing on providing world-class technology innovations such as facial recognition, blockchain, AI etc. to small-medium sized Financial Institutions. With 5000+ clients, the FinTech is looking to hire an experienced Product Lead to scale their business & product lines.

As a Product Lead, you would be reporting to the Head of Product and leading a team of 8-10 Product Managers to work on their retail lending, loans, credit card capabilities. This is an opportunity for you to work in a high-performing environment with strong work-life balance and flexible working arrangements.

Requirements :

  • 10+ years' of Technical/Business Product Management experience in lending in retail bakning or SME banking
  • Good understanding of retail lending, unsecured lending, credit cards, core banking, digital banking etc.
  • Experience working in Agile environments - Scrum & Kanban
  • Atleast 2+ years' leadership experience
  • Experience with data visualization, SQL, Python is preferred
  • Passionate about FinTech and Innovation
  • Successful candidates will be able to communicate bilingually
