Product Manager

Job description

Product & Portfolio Leadership

  • Drive product P&L performance (volume, pricing, margins) and implement pricing initiatives
  • Partner with customers on technical discussions to inform roadmap and tailor solutions
  • Ensure operational readiness for new product launches; manage lifecycle and phase-outs
  • Track market trends, growth drivers, and competitor moves to refine positioning
  • Serve as key liaison between regional teams and global HQ on product strategy and NPD

Growth Planning

  • Convert strategic priorities into clear growth plans (market expansion, pricing, value creation)
  • Align product-level initiatives with broader industry growth objectives

Sales Campaigns

  • Establish value propositions, pricing, and segmentation strategies for campaigns
  • Contribute to development of sales, marketing, and training playbooks
  • Lead campaign rollout, enablement, and execution across markets
  • Support in-depth technical engagements and adjust messaging based on performance

Profile

  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial and market orientation
  • Clear communicator with effective stakeholder management skills
  • Adaptable and responsive in fast-changing environments

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering; experience in business or strategy is a plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and MS Office capabilities
  • Willing to travel across APAC (~30%)

Preferred

  • Postgraduate qualification in Business or Marketing
