Product Manager (AVP), Trade Finance

A regional bank is hiring an AVP Trade Finance Product/Program Manager.

As part of the growing SME business, this is a critical role to manage the trade finance product program to support SMEs with their working capital requirements and to drive the growth of trade finance customer acquisition and limits. You will drive the digital transformation of trade finance for the SME segments and products to enhance the customer experience. You will also work closely with other functions including sales, credit risk, trade finance, business analytics and operations.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• 6 - 10 years of experience in product management or program management roles within trade finance
• Strong product knowledge of trade finance products
• Exposure to SME /business banking

• Strong communicator who can work across various functions
• Team player who has good stakeholder management skills
