Product Manager - Digital Payment

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our payment products ,across both terminal (POS) applications and online platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has worked on digital payment solutions, merchant applications, or online transaction systems and wants to drive product innovation in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product lifecycle for payment products - from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Operations, and Commercial to define and deliver best-in-class payment experiences.

• Collaborate with merchants, acquirers, and partners to understand user needs and translate them into product requirements.

• Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the delivery timeline.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential areas for innovation.

• Ensure product compliance with regulatory and security requirements.

• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve product usability and reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management within payments, fintech, or software applications.

• Hands-on experience working on POS terminals, merchant payment systems, or online/mobile payment apps.

• Strong understanding of transaction flows, payment gateways, acquiring, and integration APIs.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to balance technical understanding with commercial objectives.
