Product Manager - Unsecured Loans

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to drive new volume acquisition, fee income and interest income for specific sales channels
• New Product/Campaign launch, Pricing, Promotion, and sales channel development
• Collaborate with Credit Risk for credit modelling, sales for growing volume and operations to ensure operational efficiency.
• Work with acquisition channels to drive new volume, interest income and fee income
• Collaborate with partners for new product/campaign initiatives, new promotion campaigns
• Work closely with business analytics team for leads management to increase acquisition
• Collaborate credit risk, legal, compliance, operations, marketing, and service functions to enable the smooth execution of product, promotion launches Regulatory & Business Conduct

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• University Degree
• 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Retail Banking industry
• Sound knowledge of unsecured lending business and key drivers
• Strong inter-personal skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
