Product Marketing Manager, IT (APAC)

Our client is well known IT company with strong global presence. With their rapid expansion, there is a need to recruit an experienced regional product marketer to take on the challenge of developing a strategic marketing platform to further fuel business growth for this APAC region.
Reporting to Marketing Director of APAC and leading a sizable Product Marketing APAC team. You will be leading a team of 6 that is responsible for conducting market research to identify market needs and support in formulating pricing and promotional strategy. You team will be implementing marketing strategies and develop propositions based on consumer insights. You will have to develop long term strategy and drive product roadmap for different regions across the APAC. You have to think on an upstream level and manage cross functional matrix during proposition development. You will be the product roadmap owner, drive product creation and pricing strategy.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- At least 6-8 years of experience in Software or Education-Tech companies
- University graduate majoring in Marketing, Business Administration or Strategy
- Experience in setting pricing strategy
- Experience in upstream marketing and category management is a must
- Excellent analytical skills preferably with product management background
- Regional exposure with quick adaptation to changing environment across multiple time zone is a definite advantage
- Ability to analyze and interpret market & commercial data, operational information and product data
