Project Finance Risk Manager

Our client is a reputable global financial institution, looking for a Project Finance Risk professional to join their Asia team in Singapore.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive risk analysis for new project finance and infrastructure loan transactions based in the Asia and Australia regions
• Work closely with other teams during the underwriting and portfolio monitoring process
• Evaluate transactions from a risk/return perspective and present applications to the management
• Perform due diligence of credit material, review and negotiation of financial models, and of the commercial and financing agreements
• Develop and monitor compliance with risk strategies, operating policies and practices to ensure effective risk management

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or related field
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in energy and infrastructure project finance
• Solid financial modelling skills and knowledge of Asia energy and infrastructure sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
