Project Manager

Our client is the leading e-commerce marketplace across South Asia. The company is motivated to provide its sellers and consumers with end-to-end e-commerce solutions that include logistics, payment infrastructure and financial services. They are currently looking to find a Strategy and Planning Project Manager for their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate across departments to identify new business drivers and opportunities, including operations, commercial, marketing, and logistics. Conduct feasibility studies on these channels and establish whether they are aligned with the company's overall strategic goals.

• Create strategies and develop tools to support business teams in achieving performance goals and agreed-upon targets, such as lead times, gross to net margins, and shipping recovery rates.

• Collaborate with business teams on end-to-end projects with clear scope, milestones, and success criteria to deploy these tools and techniques.

• Work with a team of business analysts and report to the Regional Head of Strategy and Planning for Operations to develop a framework for analyzing the viability and monitoring the effectiveness of technology improvement projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BSc degree with outstanding results from a top university in Business, Economics or STEM subjects
• 3+ years in ecommerce, consulting or logistics industries, with 2-3 years of data analytics

• Proven track record of consulting, project management, operations management or change management
