My client is a leading firm within the Cryptocurrency ecosystem. Due to continued growth globally, they are hiring a Project Manager for their Customer Support Team.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Review/Update customer service related SOP
Key point of contact for all product/project stakeholders
Gather feedback from the customer service

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in project management or operation
Hands on experience in drafting SOP
Bilingual in English and Chinese to be effectively liaison with Chinese speaking stakeholders
