Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in charge of building and common property management and maintenance
- Managing tenancy/lease-related issues
- Preparing presentations and managing annual budgets
- Collaborate closely with councilors, residents, grassroots groups, and government agencies.
Educational Qualification:
- Degree in Building Services / Facilities Management / Real Estate Business or other building-related degrees
- Entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply
