Python Developer (Reliability)

Job Description

We're partnering with a leading global hedge fund that leverages cutting-edge technology, data, and quantitative research to trade across multiple asset classes worldwide.

Join a team where you'll apply your Python expertise to enhance performance, stability, and scalability; building reliability and observability features, developing automation and tooling, and providing hands-on production support to keep mission-critical systems running at peak efficiency.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of strong software engineering background
• Strong hands-on experience in Python
• Proven experience in building reliability, observability, and performance optimization features for large-scale, mission-critical systems
• Prior experience in high-performance environments such as top tech companies or hedge funds is highly desirable
• Experience with Middleware such as Kafka is a good to have
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with different stakeholders
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
