Rebalancing Operations

Our client is one the world's largest sovereign wealth funds. We are looking for an Associate/AVP for their Rebalancing Operations Team, a key role within the Total Portfolio Management function which provides investment and execution services at the total portfolio level.

You will join a high-performing team that works closely with portfolio managers, traders, and strategy heads to realign and rebalance portfolios, while delivering front-office analytics and execution solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Manage daily portfolio rebalancing operations and analysing rebalancing inputs/resolving discrepancies

• Address data issues and operational risks

• Partner with portfolio managers and business managers to understand and support rebalancing requirements

• Lead system enhancements and propose innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs

• Support automation and advanced data analysis

Our Ideal Candidate:

• A degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related discipline

• 3-10 years of relevant experience in investment operations, fund management, or large-scale data operation fields

• Strong understanding of financial instruments including Equities, Bonds, FX, Derivatives, and Money Markets

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams

• Agile learner and self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SQL, Python or Tableau will be highly advantageous

• CFA or progress towards CFA certification is a plus
