To qualify for the role of Divisional Manager with Ambition individuals should:

• Have 3-5+ years' of recruitment industry experience in at least one of these specialist areas: Technology or Finance & Accounting
• Some experience leading recruitment teams in an agency environment
• Be enthusiastic, motivated, target driven and enjoy building relationships
