Red Team Lead

Our client is a leading regional e-commerce company with nearly 10 years of history providing online shopping services to customers, currently serving 6 different markets.

Due to headcount expansion, they are looking for a Red Team Lead to join their Security Testing team. You will be expected to coach and lead team members to effectively conduct assessments of the company's cyber defences. You will also be responsible for develop large-scale automation security testing and managing bug bounty programs.

To qualify, you must have the following:

• Has at least 7 years of experience in Offensive Security, including VAPT and red teaming
• Has at least 2 years of experience managing and leading a team
• Strong experience in web application security
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to report and advise senior management on technical issues
• OSCP, OSCE, OSEE or CREST CRT certification would be an added advantage
