Our client is a Private Equity backed digital research and advisory firm with a first-ever proprietary SaaS product in its domain. Founded and led by industry stalwarts they already have offices across Asia Pacific. Their product brings together tech buyers, vendors and analysts in one ecosystem automating data collection and giving real time insights to key decision makers in the Tech world. Not surprisingly, they count some of the biggest Tech brands in their list of clients.

ROLE

As the Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive new business development and account renewal initiatives in Singapore and ASEAN focusing on subscription sales for the SaaS product
  • Build on new and existing accounts including some of the most well-known bands
  • Build strong relationships with business executives in the region from existing global accounts
  • Actively engage in client meetings, industry events and other face-to-face market engagements
  • Proactively build and manage a sales pipeline that supports the growth plans for the business
  • Collaborate with the local and international team of advisors to identify and drive new sales opportunities
  • Work with the Executive Team to stay across the business and sales strategy

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Minimum 4 years of business development/account management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of bringing in new business and/or building on existing client portfolio
  • Must have experience in a SaaS envoironment
  • Ability to handle consultative sales with intellect and good questioning skills is of paramount importance
  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset to take charge of an entire region
