Job description

Our client is a prominent Cloud Service Provider with global presence, and one of the world's largest. They are known for their comprehensive suite of enterprise solutions and innovations.

They are actively seeking a skilled Regional Database Solution Architect to join their organization. In this role, you will be communicating with clients directly to understand their database requirements to ensure seamless transformation. You will also be responsible for delivering database solutions while collaborating closely with the sales team.

To qualify, you must have the following:

  • Holds at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales/sales, particularly for database products
  • Strong hands-on experience in open-source databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL
  • Practical expertise in designing and deploying infrastructure for data engineering purposes
  • Hands-on mission-critical/low-latency system coding experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of NoSQL/big data will be beneficial
