Regional Education Manager, SEA

Our client is a prominent worldwide retailer that specializes in creating high-quality beauty and wellness products with a focus on sustainability. With a strong global presence, they are committed to minimizing waste and seeking sustainable solutions to contribute to the restoration and improvement of our planet's health. They are currently seeking a Regional Education Manager, SEA to join their team.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement training programs and tools according to market needs to meet business objectives
  • Plan, develop and design training strategies that are in sync with brand's business goals and strategiesto support the travel retail staff
  • Manage the customer service programs to alleviate the brand's service level to aid the frontline staff achieve both service and sales goals
  • Work closely with sales team to review and assess training needs
  • Provide analysis to track training effectiveness and evaluate frontline staff's development
  • Conduct regular TTT to help improve the trainers training soft skills and product knowledge
  • Work closely with other teams to support the brand's business strategies to maximize sales opportunities



Job Requirements:

  • Degree and above in any discipline
  • At least 7 years of experience, ideally within retail industry, preferably in beauty or cosmetics
  • Has good and sound knowledge of product, service and sales training of frontline staff
  • Analytical thinking with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to connect with people from different background and culture
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and other digital learning platforms.
  • Excellent communication skill in English. Japanese and/or Korean will be a plus
