My client is a rapidly growing Asset Management business. They are currently in the market for an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance

With dual reporting into the CFO and Country CEO, this role will look at Strategic Business Partnering as well as management of a team on Controllership aspects. Further, to work with their offshore team and consistently amend best practices via use of new technologies & process improvements.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• 12+ years' of relevant experience in a Head/Regional Head role with Management responsibilities
• Experience within Financial Services, Asset Management experience is a huge plus
• CA/CPA/ACCA is a plus
• A bachelors' degree in Accounting/Finance at the least
• Strong stakeholder management
• Good multitasking skills
• Good communication skills required for this role
