Regional HR Manager (FMCG) - UP to $7500

• Work with the regional Head of HR and as part of the global HR team to play a role employee experience in supporting all aspects of the regional people strategy including generalist HR responsibilities
• Supporting offices based in Singapore, Hongkong, Japan, Korea, SEA regions
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs, training and development
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as onboarding/off-boarding, leaves and compensation and resolve issues that may arise.
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and support development company's performance management system, such as performance review, compensation & benefits system review, talent management, etc.
• Optimise HR policies and procedures to support organisation efficiency optimization.
• Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rate. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or related discipline
• At least 5-8 years of relevant HR generalist experience in Talent Management, Employer Branding, L&D and Organizational Development
• Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
