Regional IT PMO - APAC & Greater China

Are you an experienced IT PMO looking for a regional role where you can drive impactful projects across APAC, China, and Hong Kong? If you have a strong background in SAP (ECC6), demand management, and stakeholder communication, this opportunity could be perfect for you!

We're looking for a dynamic IT PMO professional to oversee and support critical IT projects, including ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations. In addition to SAP expertise, this role requires strong skills in project prioritization, communication, and reporting. You'll be responsible for rolling out PMO processes across the region while staying aligned with the Global IT PMO.

Key Responsibilities

IT Project Management:

  • Lead and oversee ERP projects, including M&A implementations, system upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Act as the Project Manager for IT workstreams when needed, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT and business) to drive successful project outcomes.

ERP & SAP Expertise:

  • Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and regional ERP processes.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and process owners to optimize SAP usage.

Demand & Resource Management:

  • Partner with business teams to understand project demands and align them with strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain the overall IT roadmap for the region (APAC, China, Hong Kong).
  • Ensure effective resource allocation by coordinating with platform resource managers.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:

  • Provide clear, timely project updates, addressing risks and potential challenges.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external project partners.
  • Leverage ASANA for project tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring.

Risk & Process Improvement:

  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Continuously improve project processes to enhance efficiency and delivery timelines

What You Bring to the Team

  • Proven experience managing SAP projects in a regional capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC6 and business applications.
  • Expertise in demand management, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, with a preference for ASANA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures and functions.
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
