Job description

Our client is a prominent legal firm with global presence, and one of the leading players in the industry. The Singapore office was established in 2015, and they are known for delivering high-quality legal advice and solutions to a diverse clientele.

They are actively seeking a skilled Regional IT Service Desk Manager to join their organization. In this role, you will be managing a regional team of 7 members. Your responsibilities will encompass leading and mentoring Service Desk Analysts across Asia, while working closely with the Global Service Desk team. You will also be monitoring queues, calls, and interactions to ensure that all service standards are met and adhered to. You will have a direct reporting line to the Senior IT Service Manager (APAC), ensuring effective communication and support within the team.

To qualify, you must have the following:

  • Holds at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of experience managing and supervising a mature regional IT Service Desk
  • Experience in managing a regional team or proven track record as a people leader
  • Hands-on experience and technical knowledge of Windows 10 Professional, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and SCCM
  • Technical expertise of remote technologies such as Citrix, VPN, and DUO Administration
  • Technical knowledge of supporting video conferencing and telephone systems such as Avaya
  • Strong business partnering experience
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and management in the region
