Job description

Our client is a prominent legal firm with global presence, and one of the leading players in the industry. They have been operating in Singapore for over 30 years, and are known for their expertise in providing legal services to businesses and organisations worldwide.

They are actively seeking a skilled Regional IT Services Manager to join their organization. In this role, you will be managing a regional team of 16 members. Your responsibilities will encompass the management of Support Engineers and Service Desk Analysts across Asia, working in projects to drive innovation in the region, and managing vendors. You will have a direct reporting line to the Head of Technology (Asia), ensuring effective communication and support within the team.

To qualify, you must have the following:

  • Holds at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least 5-7 years of experience working in a global organization
  • Experience in managing a regional team or proven track record as a people leader
  • Hands-on experience in managing projects or programs with substantial change components
  • Proactiveness and impressive track record of driving service improvements across the region
  • Excellent technical knowledge with regards to IT Infrastructure and Application Technologies
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and management in the region
