Regional Project Specialist (Connected Car, SEA)

Job description

As a Regional Project Specialist, oversee and deliver Mobility and Connected service projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet goals and are completed on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead small to medium projects, meeting objectives.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify needs and create technical designs.
  • Conduct thorough testing of solutions and manage any issues that arise.
  • Address UAT problems quickly to keep the project on schedule.
  • Handle the rollout of solutions, ensuring smooth operation post-launch.
  • Participate in all development stages to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
  • Support the introduction of global/regional tech solutions in the SEA region.
  • Partner with the Business Team to plan for future business strategies and technology.
  • Stay informed about tech trends to enhance the company's competitive position.
  • Continually refine processes and development practices.
  • Assist with other strategic projects as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • 1+ year in IT/Technical Solution System Development, with a solid grasp of SDLC.
  • Strong business insight, analytical skills, and the ability to turn business needs into technical solutions.
  • Effective communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative team member with leadership skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Embraces a global mindset with local action.
  • Open to change and improving current practices.
  • Willing to travel within the SEA region.
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced setting and work extra hours if needed.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, logical thinking, and presenting.
