Regional S&OP Analyst

A leading and growing Healthcare company is expanding its department. They are currently looking to hire a Regional S&OP Analyst for their Supply Chain team. Looking for candidates who have a strong Demand Planning background.

Your main responsibilities will be in maintaining the Regional S&OP process for the assigned products. This would include developing, analysing and monitoring all S&OP processes in the region with the local team including target setting, training, process maintenance and toolset use, to achieve an effective S&OP process. Demonstrate alignment with Global demand and supply planning process.

You will be interacting with Global Supply team to drive the regional demand management plan throughout the process to ensure financial and Customer requirements are achieved. Along with planning you would also lead the unit and dollar demand forecast (including revenue and samples) review with Regional Counterparts. Build scenarios and back track against historical results in order to define best fitting models.

Looking for candidates with at least a 5 years of extensive experience in a viable S&OP process managing a large product portfolio. Ideally, you would have a strong interaction with cross-functional teams and work with all levels of the management team. Knowledge and experience in forecasting software and demonstrated proficiency in Excel.
