Regional S&OP/Demand Planner

My clients are a well known European Pharma company looking for a Regional S&OP planner to join their team. Looking for candidates who have a strong Planning background.

Your main responsibilities will be in maintaining the S&OP process for the assigned products. This would include developing, maintaining and monitoring all S&OP processes in the region including target setting, training, process maintenance and tool set use, to achieve an effective S&OP process. Demonstrate alignment to Global demand and supply planning process. Manager the continuous improve on forecast/data accuracy and bias by managing the forecast created by Distribution & Promotion partners

Along with planning you would also lead the unit and dollar demand forecast (including revenue and samples) review with Regional Counterparts. You will also be responsible to track and control shipping documentation and liaise with global distribution team for timely outgoing shipment delivery

Looking for candidates with at least a 7 - 10 years of extensive experience in a viable S&OP process and demand planning managing a large product portfolio. Ideally you would have a strong interaction with cross-functional teams and working with all levels of the management team. Knowledge and experience in forecasting software and demonstrated proficiency in Excel.
