Regional Sales & Key Account Manager

Our client is a leading supplier of health and beauty products. They are now keen to look for a Regional Sales & Key Account Manager to lead the sales and key account team, and ensure profitable sales growth in all accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Train, upskill, hire, and build the regional Key Account team
  • Establish best in class sales execution and forecasting processes
  • Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel across the region
  • Develop strong strategic relationships with Key Accounts and buyers at the regional level to achieve business objectives
  • Lead regular business reviews with customers to ensure progress and alignment towards overall goals
  • Conduct promotional / annual negotiations, to facilitate sales agreements and achieve sales target
  • Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business
  • Forecast, budget and track account revenues and cost
  • Ensuring that effective development programs are in place for direct reports
  • To be involved in the company's Strategic Marketing Plan
  • Monitor competitor's position, pricing, product and marketing programs


  • An energetic and entrepreneurial sales leader with a strong career trajectory
  • Ability to establish and build new sales execution and management process
  • Relevant Singapore and Regional experience
  • Ability to monitor category performance versus plan and communicate accordingly
  • Understanding of trade spend effectiveness (effectiveness of promotional activity)
  • Demonstrated skills in achieving sales, profitability and budget goals
  • Experience in managing national retail customers (HQ level preferred)
  • Proven strong experience with liaising with senior stakeholders of an organization
  • Ability to make sound evidence-based decisions under pressure
  • Relationship building and management skills
