Our client is a global market leader in the IT sector and known for its influential and innovative technology solutions. This company displays an impressive line-up of products which all share a commitment to excellence and delight the customer. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre sales individual to join and lead the regional sales team.
Reporting into the Group CEO, you are responsible for the overall sales performance for the APAC region. You will lead a sales team to develop business plans and strategies. You will ensure that the team achieves or exceed the sales targets. You are required to conduct business development activities to gain more market share. You will manage existing accounts to ensure that there is high level of customer satisfaction. Your role requires you to work with people internally to ensure that the customers' requests are met in a timely manner.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Minimum 8 years of solutions sales experience
- Strong IT knowledge
- Experience working with big and medium enterprises
- Experience in leading and managing a successful sales team
- Ability to interact with people from all levels
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
