About the Role

We are partnering with a leading global organization that is looking for a dynamic HR professional to join their team. This role will drive impactful talent management initiatives, focusing on building leadership pipelines, fostering employee growth, and enhancing engagement across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement global talent frameworks, programs, and processes.
  • Lead annual talent reviews and regional development councils.
  • Drive succession planning, career pathways, and pipeline development.
  • Manage global and regional programs (leadership initiatives, young talent, international development experiences).
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to align regional talent programs with global strategy.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across talent practices.
  • Leverage HR data and systems to provide insights and enhance processes.
  • Support employer branding, engagement initiatives, and leadership forums.

Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience in talent management or related HR areas (succession, assessments, workforce analytics, talent development).
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with talent management tools and organizational change.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
