Resource Manager - APAC Banking

They are currently looking out for a detail-oriented and agile Resource Manager- APAC Banking to join their fun-loving team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understanding all client requirements and needs of business to facilitate resourcing decisions while being a trusted advisor to all lawyers
  • Ensure that all resources are deployed by balancing commercial and individual needs
  • Required to do data analysis and reporting for the following; forecasted capacity, utilization, resource availability and skill sets
  • Lead and implement resource management projects and initiatives.
  • Develop, create, update and monitor skills matrix for all new joiners and fee earners
  • Maintain and understand all information with regards to staff movements between offices

Job Requirements:

  • Have experience in large scale or complex resource allocation for international offices
  • Have good understanding of the office/practice group/team needs as well as priorities
  • Ability to influence and be a trusted advisor and point of contact on all resourcing matters
  • Able to build strong working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Able to deal with challenges from people within the business using strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge
