Opportunity

My client is a International MNC in the professional service space.

This Role

Reporting to the head of finance and revenue team lead. You will be responsible for the processing transactions related to AR process from issuing invoices to monitoring client collections. You will be involved in issue invoices, liaise with billers, perform transfers of time and disbursements, daily receipting against incoming payments. You will be advising internal stakeholders regarding the status on progress and co-ordinate with them and take actions. You will also be involved in assisting on preparation of bank reconciliation for client accounts monthly report and working closely with the management of their work in progress and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' working experience, preferably from professional service sector
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Prior AR/collections experience is a plus
• Competent with Microsoft Excel, Word and billing system
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Independent and possess strong learning agility and an eagerness to pick up new challenges
