S&OP Assistant Manager

A leading and growing Healthcare company is looking to expand its Planning team. They are currently looking to hire a Regional S&OP Assistant Manager for their Supply Chain team. You will be reporting into the Head of S&OP. Looking for candidates who have a strong Planning background.
Your main responsibilities will be in maintaining the S&OP process for the assigned products. This would include developing, maintaining and monitoring all S&OP processes in the region including target setting, training, process maintenance and tool set use, to achieve an effective S&OP process. Demonstrate alignment to Global demand and supply planning process.
You will be interacting with Global Supply team to drive the regional demand management plan throughout the process to ensure financial and Customer requirements are achieved. Along with planning you would also lead the unit and dollar demand forecast (including revenue and samples) review with Regional Counterparts.
Looking for candidates with at least a 5 - 7 years of extensive experience in a viable S&OP process managing a large product portfolio. Ideally you would have a strong interaction with cross-functional teams and working with all levels of the management team. Knowledge and experience in forecasting software and demonstrated proficiency in Excel.
