With the largest kids' digital engagement platform globally, our Client has 500 million monthly active users with 100% kid-safe content.

    Reporting into the Head of Sales, APAC, the Sales Director, Digital Media will play a vital role in the growth of the client's business in Thailand and Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have experience in new business development on the Media-Owner side with the ability to communicate with and negotiate with Agencies and Clients. To begin with, this role will be an individual contributor role with the potential scope for growing out a team as the business grows. The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment is vital as this organisation is still a start-up. Finally, the ideal candidate will be driven by targets as the remuneration will be heavily dependant on performance and high potential will be rewarded handsomly.

  • Identify, pursue and grow business with new and existing clients
  • Develop relationships with key leading brands and media agencies to grow revenue from key clients
  • Plan, budget and oversee marketing communications plans and initiatives

  • Extensive Sales/Business Development Experience within Digital Media/Advertising
  • Ability to effetively converse in English and Thai for communicating with Clients in Thailand (Indonesian Bahasa is also a plus but not required)
  • Vast network of senior level media agency and brand contacts and relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to fit into a startup culture
  • Outstanding leadership and people management skills
  • Track record of consistently over-achieving individual and team targets
