Sales Executive/Manager, APAC

Our client is a telecommunications services company. They are looking for a candidate who is able to establish their market presence with proven track record in sales. The permanent role will be based in Singapore, reporting to Sales & Marketing Director.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior staff to develop and execute sales targets
  • Manage the sales team, achieve growth and hit sales targets
  • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships and expand customer base
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts
  • Be fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Conduct competitive product analysis and market research, evaluate sales performance, formulate and review long-range plans
  • Work with technical staff to create marketing tools, electronic and printed collateral, tradeshow presentations, etc.
  • Understand the industry market trends and shifts in technology and users to develop product strategies
  • Provide management with predictions of future market conditions and estimates of market penetration
  • Establish and manage the channel network


  • BS/MS degree in IT related field
  • Strong understanding of IT network and software requirements
  • Successful track record as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Committed to continuous education through seminars and conferences
