Principal Consultant, Finance & Accounting
Our client is a well established company in Singapore in the Audio & Visual sector. with solid business partnership with renowned brands. To facilitate their company growth, they are looking for a high calibre Sales Manager (B2B) to join their team.
Reporting directly to the FP&A Senior Manager and Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing B2B sales, promotions and campaigns
- Developing and creating new sales/ key accounts
- Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Responsible for price schedules setting and strategies
- Business partnering with internal functional teams - e.g. Designer team, Technical team
- Working closely and interacting with external stakeholders - e.g. Manufacturers
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Setting sales quotas and goals
- Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
- Defining and executing territory sales plans
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Diploma in IT/ Engineering is high preferred
- Training or previous experiences in Audio, Visual and video conferencing solutions are critical
- At least 2 years working experiences in B2B sales with proven sales records.
- Experiences in Enterprise sales, especially related to Technology Or Manufacturer are highly preferred'
- Solid business partnering and stakeholder management skills and understanding of business operations
