Our client is a Leading Global Financial Services firm head-quartered in UK. They are currently offering an exciting opportunity to join a high performing Sales team in a management capacity based in Singapore. They are looking for a proven sales professional, with a track record of selling software or data solutions.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you would be managing a sales team, managing pipeline, negotiating sales, and generate new business opportunities for the firm. You would also serve as a business representative at events, conferences and ensure consistent activity across the team.
To qualify, you must possess :
- Strong track record of leading a sales team to success in either a management or team leader capacity
- An excellent understanding of the sales cycle to ensure full control in opportunities and accurate forecasting
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the changing market, our customers and the business
- Proven experience as a successful sales person in enterprise software sales, SaaS, financial services, or equivalent
- Proven track record of driving important constructive relationships with customers and managing accounts and portfolios to increase sales at or above company plans
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required
- Familiarity with, or willingness to learn Salesforce.com and embedded sales enablement solutions
- Proven ability to learn a value proposition and articulate this to clients.
