Our Client is a multinational software development company passionate about driving radical changes via IT innovation. They are specialised in offering customised consulting services for startups in all sectors, with particular involvement in the local fintech business. The Singapore team has expanded steadily since 2016 and is currently working on several engagements in South East Asia involving Java/Spring, Angular, microservices, CI/CD, Elasticsearch etc.

Role:

  • Retention and development of existing customer portfolio
  • Active prospecting of new customers into the business
  • Promote the consulting and training services with a differentiated approach of positioning the company in a highly competitive market
  • Ensure seamless execution of the whole sales process; from the first contact to payment by the customer, including managing the customer relationship pre and post sales

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a sales manager in the IT consulting business in Singapore
  • A strong appetite for prospecting, a positive and dynamic state of mind, able to show organization and autonomy
  • Good working knowledge of the IT / software / technology landscape
