Security Analytics Manager

Job description

Our client is a leading financial services institution with over 70 years of history and enjoys a strong global presence, with their APAC headquarters based in Singapore. They are also a well-known household brand amongst customers across the region.

Due to head expansion, they are currently looking for a Security Analytics Manager in their Cyber Security function. Reporting to the Head of Security Engineering & Analytics, you will be responsible for leading a data-driven initiative to enhance the overall security analytics capabilities across the group through the use of visualization and reporting technologies. You will also be expected to work closely with stakeholders across various business functions to deliver Cyber Security and IT Assurance related initiatives regionally.

To qualify, you must have the following:

  • Holds at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or other related fields of study
  • Has at least 6 to 10 years of experience within Cyber Security, including at least 3 to 4 years of experience in Security Analytics or data visualization related to Cyber Security
  • Demonstrates a strong breadth of technical knowledge across multiple areas of Cyber Security, i.e., Application Security, Data Security, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security etc.
  • Strong expertise in building BI / data visualization dashboards using tools such as PowerBI to provide data insights
  • Good knowledge with MAS regulatory requirements
  • Holding certifications such as CISA, CISM or CISSP would be advantageous
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across various business function
