Job description

Role Overview:
Lead and execute development projects for thermal interface materials, supporting internal and external stakeholders with technical expertise and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute TIM1 product/process/application development using experimental design methodologies.

  • Support customers on development, quality, technical, and failure analysis requests.

  • Draft project plans, timelines, and provide regular progress updates.

  • Prepare and present technical reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Materials Science, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.

  • 5+ years' experience in TIM1 development or related field.

  • Knowledge of thermal management principles, materials science, and experimental design.

  • Experience in thermal and mechanical characterization techniques; thermal simulation tools a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with regulatory standards, DOE, 6 Sigma, Minitab, and root-cause analysis.

  • Track record of publications or patents in TIMs desirable.
