Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Integration Engineer to support the development and optimization of RRAM (Resistive Random Access Memory) technology. This role is based in Singapore and involves hands-on work in process integration, device characterization, and issue resolution within a semiconductor fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize RRAM process integration strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring robust process windows for critical steps.
  • Perform device characterization and tuning to meet performance targets.
  • Manage fab-related integration tasks, including lot tracking, prototype tap-outs, and root cause investigations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and yield enhancement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in semiconductor process integration or related areas.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Open to shift work; standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with early release on Fridays.
  • No business travel required; non-managerial role.
