Senior Accounts Executive (Engineering)

This role manages end-to-end accounting and finance operations for a growing Singapore entity, including financial reporting, compliance, and day-to-day HR administration. The position works closely with local leadership and group finance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full sets of accounts, including AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and cash flow

• Prepare management reports, budgets, project P&L, and forecasts

• Ensure tax filings, statutory compliance, and support audits

• Manage payroll, HR administration, and EP processes

• Support special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant experience ideally from Construction / Engineering industry, candidate with prior project accounting experience will be advantageous

• Knowledge of Singapore accounting, tax, and payroll regulations

• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
