Senior Associate/AVP, Product & Portfolio Manager, Retail Bank

A high growth regional bank is hiring for an Senior Associate/AVP, Portfolio and Product Manager for the Consumer Banking team.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Portfolio management of unsecured lending through revenue and balance growth initiatives
• Responsible for portfolio P&L and balance share market growth and.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities through expansion of new capabilities

The successful candidate must have the following:

• 3 to 8 years of experience in a similar role from a bank or FI
• Open to candidates with sales experience who would like to explore a product management role
• Subject matter expertise of cards and lending business including profitability drivers
• Keen interest in using data and reading MIS to uncover underlying trends or initiate investigations on ways to improve the business performance.
• Degree in areas of Banking, Accounting or similar
