Senior Automation and Digital Solutions Manager

Job description

This is a technical leadership role providing day-to-day operational support, optimisation, troubleshooting maintenance and new developments for the site automation, manufacturing execution and digital systems.

The role would have a hybrid work arrangement and would manage 6 direct and several additional resources (contract workers).

Desired experience and skills:

  • Experience in automation/digital systems and knowledge of Process Control Systems (Emerson DeltaV is mandatory)
  • Past experience in an operational capacity role in API manufacturing/pharma (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in dealing with auditors and providing a successful audit experience
  • Expertise in computer system validation methodologies; leadership experience of multi-disciplined project teams.

  • System Up-time
  • Number of Alarms and Events
  • SOP and PM compliance
  • Team development
