Senior Business Analyst Operations

My client is looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst within the Middle Office to be based in Singapore. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals based in the region and deliver excellent service levels to clients and take charge of key strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible on Ensuring creation of project plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log. Ensure appropriate resources are assigned to project & monitor commitment. Ensure change control is executed throughout project. Establish project communication needs and support creation of project communication plan. Track actual project costs, identify variances, and reforecast project costs as needed. Measure project management performance against standards. Create the project risk management plan. Work with procurement team to create, administer, track, and eventually close project contracts. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues. Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (3 years managing a team) within the Middle Office preferably as a project manager/business analyst, Funds industry, payments, SWIFT, valuations, NAV exposure
• Strong interpersonal, communication and people management skills and client interfacing
• Able to work independently.
