Our client is a leading learning solutions company delivering high quality customized solutions to corporates and institutions. With some of the most advanced and well-renowned brands and recognized certification bodies as partners, they have capability to design and deliver end-to-end learning solutions around advanced skills across various levels of seniority for their customers.
As the Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving account acquisition and account management within the region. You will engage C-suite level stakeholders to generate pipeline through lead generation and warm relationship development. You will take the lead on new business pitches customising to the client's needs and work with internal product teams to deliver on successful client experiences for repeat purchases. A significant portion of your role will be to develop existing accounts and riving growth with them.
- 8+ years of strong solution sales experience
- Proven track record of delivering revenue targets with a strong customer experience focus
- Excellent presentation and pitching credentials
- Prior experience or passion about learning and skill development is a significant advantage
- Strong drive for business development and account growth
- Analytical with excellent communication skills and an energetic approach to solving client's problems
- Fluency in English
