You will lead a Business Development team that is in charge of uncovering prime opportunities for the Lifestyle Media digital display assets for public audiences.
- Individual with confidence in external partnership management,
- Strong coordination skills to manage needs of both external and internal stakeholders,
- Strategic mind to assess commercial viability for media screens deployment
- Ability to actively seek out opportunities in new market segments
- Bring on board new media channel partners
- Identify, clinch and nurture business opportunities through commercial partnerships that increase the reach of the digital media assets in community and commercial segments.
- Lead the contract negotiation for commercial collaborations and close deals
- Manage the needs of partners and internal teams (Deployment, Tech and AD Sales) for the effective deployment and operations of our media assets in our partners premises.
- In charge of performance reports for the management and our partners
- Bachelor Degree or above
- At least 5 years in business development, strategic sales, or partnership
- Experience in property, estate management or media advertising is preferred
- Must be able to project a professional image in external discussions
- Proactive in sourcing for opportunities and adopts a systemic approach to clinching projects
- Excellent proficiency in business English and some ability in business Chinese
