Senior C&B Manager / C&B Manager

Our client is one of the established companies within the real estate sector. They are currently on the lookout for a detail-oriented and meticulous Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager / Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will be required to ensure that compensation packages and bonus programs are aligned with the company's strategic plan.
  • You will ensure that all salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation.
  • You will identify the trends and new practices to ensure that the compensation packages are up to date and is competitive.
  • You will support the end-to-end payroll process to ensure that all is timely and accurate.
  • You will work closely with the finance team for monthly reports
  • You will ensure that all benefits renewals are done properly and insurance coverage is up to date.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource or related discipline.
  • At least 8 years' of relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably in an international company
  • Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis
  • Good analytical skills and familiarity with labor legislation
  • Regional experience is a plus.
