Senior Change Management Analyst

Our client is a leading financial services institution with over 70 years of history and enjoys a strong global presence, with their APAC headquarters based in Singapore. They are also a well-known household brand amongst customers across the region.

Due to head expansion, they are currently looking for a Senior Change Management Analyst to join the company. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will be responsible for leading and implementing Change Management initiatives, including creating and executing strrategies and plans across the group. You will also be expected to work closely with business stakeholders across various seniorities, including C-level to conduct the assessment based on the business climate in order to gain their buy-in and implement the initiatives required to drive the company forward.

To qualify, you must have the following:

• Holds at least a bachelor's degree in Computing, business, Finance or other related fields of study
• Has at least 8 to 12 years of experience in Change Management within the financial services industry, including at least 4 years of experience in leading change management activities
• Strong expertise performing end to end change management lifecycle, from conducting assessment based on impact analysis and change readiness, developing and executing strategies to implementation
• Good knowledge in Change Management methodology
• Experience in supporting the design and delivery of training programs to help employees adopt to the change management initiatives accordingly
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders across various business function and seniorities to influence and gain their buy-in
